📑 Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By visiting, using, or purchasing from Fabric Emporium Official, you agree to these terms. These may be modified or updated from time to time and will apply immediately upon posting.

1. Governing Law

• Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws.

2. Exchange & Dispute Resolution

Products purchased from our website can only be exchanged within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• 📌 Exchange request is made within the stated time frame (7 days).
• 📌 The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
• 📌 The received product differs from the original order.
• 📌 Package is incomplete (missing price tags, labels, or original packing).

Evidence Required: If products are damaged or missing, clear images of the outer packaging must be shared via email (FabricEmporiumoffical@gmail.com) before discarding the packaging.

📩 To raise a claim, email pictures of the defective item to FabricEmporiumoffical@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Once the dispute is fairly resolved, one of the following will be provided:

• 🔄 Replacement of the product (as per invoice)
• 🎟️ A coupon of equal value, valid for 60 days

Note: No disputes will be entertained after 7 days of delivery.

3. Customer Responsibility

• The buyer is fully responsible for all purchases made in good faith.
• The buyer must carefully review and confirm all product selections before placing an order.
• Fabric Emporium will not be held liable for incorrect product choices made by the customer.

4. Marketing & Communication

• We may share marketing offers such as newsletters, catalogs, and updates (using your provided contact details).
• A customer account may be created using your name, number, and email address.
• Our team may contact you in case of delivery issues (using your telephone number or address).

5. Data Protection

• We may disclose customer data to fraud prevention agencies where required.
• We may verify that you are of legal age to shop online.

6. Payments

• We accept online payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in PKR (or other agreed currencies).
• All payment details you provide are submitted directly to our secure payment provider via an encrypted connection.
• We do not store or share your card details with third parties.
