1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this website or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

2. Exchange & Dispute Resolution
Products purchased from our website may be exchanged or claimed within 7 days of delivery, only under the following conditions:

• The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery
• The received product differs from what was ordered
• The package is incomplete (missing price tags, labels, or original packaging)

Evidence required: If a product arrives damaged or with items missing, please share clear photos/videos of the product and outer packaging via email before discarding any packaging.

To raise a claim: Email photos of the issue to fabricemporiumoffical@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, along with your order number. Each case is reviewed individually.

Once a claim is approved, we will provide:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders — a bank-transfer refund within 7–10 business days, store credit of equal value valid for 60 days, or a replacement per your invoice
• Orders paid online — a refund to your original payment method, or a replacement, per your preference

No disputes will be entertained after 7 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for full details.

3. Customer Responsibility

• You are responsible for reviewing and confirming your product, size, and delivery details before placing an order.
• Fabric Emporium is not liable for losses arising from incorrect information provided by the customer at checkout.
• Please contact us immediately at fabricemporiumoffical@gmail.com if you need to correct an order after placing it.

4. Marketing & Communication

• By providing your contact details, you agree we may reach out with offers, catalogs, and updates via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
• You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by emailing fabricemporiumoffical@gmail.com.
• We may contact you directly about delivery issues using the phone number or address provided at checkout.

5. Data Protection & Privacy

• We collect your name, contact number, email, and delivery address solely to process and deliver your order, and to communicate with you about it.
• Your information is shared only with parties necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., our courier partners), and is never sold to third parties.
• We may disclose customer data where required by law or to fraud-prevention agencies.
• We may take reasonable steps to verify you are of legal age to shop online.
• To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, email fabricemporiumoffical@gmail.com.

6. Payments

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
• We also accept online payments via Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards, in PKR.
• All online payment details go directly to our secure, encrypted payment provider — we do not store or share your card details with any third party.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — product photos, descriptions, logos, and designs — is the property of Fabric Emporium Official and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

8. Order Acceptance & Pricing

• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion — including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
• If a pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing it.
• All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability
Fabric Emporium is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or its products, to the extent permitted by law.
